Darren has been a life long Ghostbusters fan which he has combined with his love of magic to create The Magic Ghostbuster, performing supernatural and spooktacular themed tricks whilst in a full Ghostbusters costume, both close-up and on stage!!

Being a fan since childhood, Darren has obtained a massive collection of memorabilia, and just before the 40th Anniversary of the original film he was given the Guinness World Record for the Worlds Largest Ghostbusters Collection. He also got to work on Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire as a supporting artist, a real dream come true!!

​

When performing at events Darren will bring his selection of Ghostbusters inflatables which make for great photo opportunities. These include a near full size Ecto 1, Slimer, Zuul the Terror Dog, Mooglie the Logo  Ghost, The Firehouse HQ and the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man!

Being the only professional Ghostbusters entertainer in the country he is in high demand and often travels all over the country appearing at children's parties, adult events and conventions.

​

He has also helped raise a lot of money for charity. In 2025 he took part in the London New Years Day Parade as part of Heroes for Charity, where he won the award for the individual to raise the most money or Great Ormond Street Hospital!
